Been watching the Great North Run on the TV today and looking out for The Urology Foundation Team of 5 urologists raising money for the charity today.

I love a croissant and in the London café where I grabbed breakfast this morning they had combined two of my favourites with an almond chocolate croissant – small wins!

Well, it would appear we need to spend today altering our Twitter logos and feeds to reflect the change to X!

It’s interesting that when made up as cards some images "pop" more than others, and not always the ones you think will.

Off to get the train up to Birmingham where I will be working for The Urology Foundation at the BAUS conference – 3 days on a stand so comfortable shoes packed!

I should have been in London early this morning to help wave off the fantastic Bike4TUF riders who are riding London to Paris to raise money for The Urology Foundation but due to the train strikes I couldn’t make it!

Today has largely been spent on Zoom!

Did you know that tonight, Wednesday, 25th January, is Burns Night which marks the birth of the famous Scottish poet Robert Burns and celebrates his work and that a glass of whisky is traditionally drunk to host the haggis – so cheers!
